Lost or Stolen Packages
EverGlow™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
